ORGANIZING RATES
Consultation
$100
You can expect to be given an estimate of the number of sessions your project will require during the consultation.
This fee will be applied to cost of the project if you choose to proceed.
Single Session (4 hours)1 Organizer
$300/session@ $75/hour
Typical spaces for 1 organizer: kitchen, pantry, bathroom, smaller closet, laundry room, home office.
The client can typically expect these spaces to be completed in 1 to 2 sessions.
Single Session (4 hours)2 Organizers
$480/session@ $120/hour
Typical spaces for 2 organizers: larger kitchen, larger closet, garage, storage room, professional office, professional workroom, etc.
The client can typically expect these spaces to be completed in 3 to 5 sessions.
Included services: time spent shopping for supplies, time spent designing and planning layouts and organizing solutions, arranging appointments with other service providers (i.e. shelves installed), taking items to consignment or donation center (1 load per session, per organizer), labels.
Services NOT included: cost of any items needed to organize such as storage bins, storage totes, shelving, etc.
Important Note: There are MANY variables that go into how many sessions will be needed per project. These include, but are not limited to, the following factors in the client’s space: the size, the amount of items, the client’s willingness to let go of items, the client’s availability during the session for purging, placement, etc.
DECORATING RATES

Small space estimate: 5-10 hours
Large space estimate: 10-15 hours
Note: We are not, nor do we pretend to be, professionally-trained decorators. However, we both have a love and an eye for interior decor and have implemented these talents in many homes. We would be happy to do the same for you!
